Architectural Control Committee

The ACC is made up of volunteers appointed by the board of directors. This committee primarily reviews construction plans for new structures and fences and approves or rejects said plans based on the CC&Rs, Bylaws and ACC Guidelines.

All plans for structures and fences must be submitted to the ACC prior to beginning construction. It is highly recommended that you review the ACC Guidelines before initiating your planning and incurring costs.

Most lots have airpark easements on them.  Please be sure that you know where they are before starting any construction.
